Our team managed lease timing, site selection, and financial negotiations, securing over $500K in tenant improvements and rent abatements. The project resulted in a centralized, modernized office with increased productivity and long-term cost savings.

The STRUCTURE team successfully guided Acentria Insurance through a multi-step project, including a lease buyout, temporary relocation, and office redesign in Tallahassee. By combining creative deal structuring and strategic project management, STRUCTURE helped Acentria reduce their office footprint, absorb personnel growth, and modernize their space—all while achieving significant cost savings.

The STRUCTURE team helped IIR transition to a hybrid work model by designing and managing the downsizing from a traditional 32,000 sq. ft. office to a modern 10,000 sq. ft. Class A space. The project integrated cutting-edge design, collaborative work areas, and technology infrastructure, resulting in a more efficient layout and over $3.5 million in savings over seven years.
