Drone technology is advancing rapidly towards home delivery, and warehouses will need to begin rethinking their floor plans, packing, and shipping methods to accommodate more efficient supply chains. Although certain hurdles remain in place, such as concerns over safety, privacy, and cost, lawmakers and drone companies continue to prepare for launch.
