Our team worked with Hopping Green & Sams in its space planning, market and financial analysis, acquisition services, and project management for its 45,000 square foot build-to-suit headquarters located within 119 South Monroe Street (Alliance Center) in Downtown Tallahassee. Subsequently, we consulted with HG&S in leasing its former 30,000 square foot office to another law firm upon HG&S’s relocation to its new office.
